Wee Internet Empire Update - 20 Jun 2022
So, here it is, well past time for another Wee Internet Empire Update.
Unfortunately we had illness in the house, as I mention in today’s blog post, Avoid Going To Work Sick.
Earlier today I tried something new, and did a YouTube livestream which you can see here when I was Trying Out This Livestream Thing.
Then, if that was not enough, I did a podcast, Three Days In 1988, to share a memory I have of one particular drive across the country. Have a listen and you’ll understand why it was memorable.
In my previous update I had mentioned Michael Terry was about to begin his Dispatches Adventure Ride. Well, he is now well in progress and is currently in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Dispatches Adventure Ride can be found on Facebook, YouTube and its website.
Since I first mentioned her, Ruby’s Classic Cooking has been busy, busy. Why not check out some of her recipes.
Also, friend Pronto - Getting Older Behind Bars has been quite active with more to be expected as he now has passed both the written and road tests for his motorcycle license. One never knows what he will come up with.
We are very proud as our son Colin has been having excellent success with his new tabletop roleplaying adventure “We Deal In Lead”, gaining recognition in many different areas of the world. His company, By Odin’s Beard RPG, can be found on Facebook, YouTube, and it’s website.
This coming Saturday Unsung Heroes will be doing a fundraising ride in support of PTSD from Edmonton, to Red Deer and then Calgary. A number of fellow veterans will be joining the ride. My mind wants to go, however my body will not really let me know until the day of, so we will see. I hope to at join for a part of it at least. Will let you know how it works out.
